Welcome to Atmiora. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Atmiora website, applications, readings, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

Atmiora is a symbolic reading service that combines astrology, numerology, and the Mayan Tzolkin into written interpretations based on information you provide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a membership.

3. What the Service is

Atmiora provides symbolic, reflective, and interpretive content for personal insight and self-reflection. It is not a medical, mental health, legal, financial advisory, or emergency service. Atmiora makes no claims of certainty about any events, outcomes, or decisions.

4. Accounts

You may need an account to access some parts of the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.

5. Free Mirror and paid products

Atmiora offers a free Mirror and paid products including Full Portrait, Dyad, and Atmiora Room subscription. We may change features over time.

6. Billing and refunds

Billing is processed by our authorized payment provider. Room subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Digital readings are non-refundable once generated as they are personalized content. If content has not been generated, you may request a refund within 14 days. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, copy or scrape content at scale, interfere with security, or generate harmful content.

8. Intellectual property

The Service is owned by Atmiora or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, personal-use license.

9. AI and symbolic interpretation disclaimer

Atmiora uses automated systems to generate readings. Outputs are interpretive, not factual diagnoses or guaranteed truths. If you need professional advice, seek a qualified professional.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atmiora's total liability will not exceed the greater of: amounts paid in the last 12 months, or USD 100.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
