Terms of Service
Last updated: March 29, 2026
Welcome to Atmiora. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Atmiora website, applications, readings, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
Atmiora is a symbolic reading service that combines astrology, numerology, and the Mayan Tzolkin into written interpretations based on information you provide.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your place of residence, to create an account or purchase a membership. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you may legally enter into these Terms.
3. What the Service is
Atmiora provides symbolic, reflective, and interpretive content. The Service is designed for personal insight and self-reflection. It is not a medical service, mental health service, legal service, financial advisory service, or emergency service.
Atmiora does not guarantee outcomes, predict events with certainty, or provide factual statements about your future. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and interpretations.
4. Accounts
You may need an account to access some parts of the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and remain responsible for activity under your account.
You must not impersonate another person, create an account using false information, or interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service.
5. Free Mirror and paid products
Atmiora offers a free Mirror and paid products including Full Portrait, Dyad, and Atmiora Room subscription.
The free Mirror is a limited symbolic snapshot. Paid products unlock full readings and features as specifically described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
We may change, improve, remove, or add features over time. We will not market features as live if they are not actually available, but we may evolve the Service and its contents at any time.
6. Billing, renewals, and Paddle
If you purchase a product or subscription, billing may be processed by Paddle or one of Paddle's affiliates acting as merchant of record. In those cases, Paddle or its affiliate is the seller of record for the transaction, may appear on your payment statement, and is responsible for payment processing, applicable taxes, charge handling, and related billing operations. Paddle's buyer terms also state that subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Room subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period unless you cancel before renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your billing settings or through the Paddle billing tools made available to you.
Unless required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started or once a one-time reading has been generated. If a refund is granted, it may be processed through Paddle as merchant of record.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or systematically extract readings or site content at scale;
- interfere with the Service, security controls, or payment flows;
- use the Service to generate spam, harassment, deception, or harmful content;
- upload or submit content that you do not have the right to provide.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or created legal, security, or operational risk.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including the Atmiora brand, website design, copy, prompts, software, interface, and generated presentation of readings, is owned by Atmiora or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, sell, sublicense, republish, or create derivative commercial products from the Service without prior written permission.
9. Your inputs and generated readings
You retain rights you may have in the information you submit to the Service. You grant Atmiora the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, analyze, and transform that information in order to provide the Service.
Generated readings are licensed to you for personal use. You may save and reread them for yourself. You may not resell them, present them as professional advice, or use them to train competing models or services without written permission.
10. AI and symbolic interpretation disclaimer
Atmiora uses automated systems to generate written readings from symbolic inputs. Because of that:
- outputs may feel highly specific while still remaining interpretive in nature;
- outputs may contain language that resonates strongly with some users and not with others;
- outputs should not be treated as objective fact, diagnosis, or guaranteed truth;
- outputs should not be used as a substitute for professional judgment in health, legal, financial, safety, or crisis contexts.
If you need professional advice, seek a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or need urgent support, do not rely on the Service.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
We may update the Service, pricing, features, visual presentation, or technical architecture from time to time. We may also suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also cancel a paid subscription before the next renewal date.
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice where appropriate, if you violate these Terms, create risk for the Service or other users, fail to pay amounts due, or if we are required to do so by law.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, payment obligations accrued before termination, and dispute terms.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Atmiora disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and that the Service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atmiora and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising out of or related to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atmiora's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:
- the total amount you paid to Atmiora through the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- USD 100.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atmiora, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:
- your misuse of the Service;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your infringement of another person's rights; or
- content or information you submit in violation of law or contract.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law rules.
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it in good faith by contacting the other party and describing the issue with reasonable detail. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of Ukraine will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will publish the updated version on the Site and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
18. Contact
For questions about these Terms, billing, or account access, use the contact method provided on the Site.
