Refund Policy

Before content is generated

If you purchased a reading but content has not yet been generated, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@atmiora.com.

After content is generated

Digital readings (Portrait, Dyad) are non-refundable once generated, as they are personalized digital content created specifically for the purchaser. Mirror readings are free and do not involve payment.

Technical issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your purchased reading, contact support@atmiora.com within 14 days.

Room subscriptions

Room subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until the period ends. No refunds for partial months.
